I purchased a laptop with *GB or RAM in **** through amazon. The product had extended warranty till Jan * ****. I had to send the laptop for service to Dell(the manufacturer) last year and found our that only *GB of the device's RAM comes from Dell and the additional *GB was not put inside the device by them. Due to this duplicate memory inside, Dell only replaced *GB memory and asked me to contact Amazon. When I contacted amazon, they failed to provide any support claiming that the return window is over. I have attached here the invoice from amazon and the amazon seller with the product serial number, the service report from delll authorised service letter where they have noted down that the laptop comes only with *GB from dell. Dell provided this to make sure that I can check the official spec from dell.
