I ordered ASUS Laptop UX***EA-KG***WS from Amazon. The product description assured me of the NumberPad*.* (Numeric Touchpad) feature but the item delivered does not have this feature.(Please see https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B**PYVS**Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o**_s**?ie=UTF*&th=*). I raised the complaint to amazon customer support for a mismatch in the feature and delivery of the unsealed products but they denied my request. Later, I complained to the online consumer form also but there also amazon denied my request.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
