I purchised a laptop battery from * d impex through amazon.in on september **** with * year warrenry. On novmber onwards its back up lost and i claim on amazon and after a long communication i got address of * d impex from amazon and i send the battery to * d impex for replace ment on dec ** ****.but they rejected the warrenty and send the product back to me.again i contacted amazon.in then they told if i produce denay letter from *d impex amazon will pay my refund.but i contacted *d impex several time regarding denay letter but they are refusing each time.
Now the problem is ,its a play between amazon and * d impex together and both are not willing to make any action thus the product is * year warrenty product
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
