I booked Kia Sonet HTX *DCT intense red on **th May ****. I was told that since I'm the *st customer who has booked this particular combination for **** model, I should be able to get the car in max * month and I may even get it in one week. However, they gave **-** week in writing because they said that they cannot give less than that in writing but asked me to rest assured that I will get it in * month, since I'm the *st one to book this model and just asked me to arrange for finances. Ever since then I have been asking them for delivery and everytime they say that you will get within this month or they ask to give few more days. Trusting them I didn't book with any other dealer or didn't think about any other brand. But now it's almost * months and now they are saying that I may get the vehicle after september end and they are not even sure about that. This is height of unprofessional behaviour and cheating the customer by setting wrong expectations for delivery. It is hard to beleive that Kia has not been able to deliver even * car of that model to the dealer in * months, and if that is the case then it's really sad on Kia's part that they are still taking orders if they are not able to fulfill previous orders. Already many important events in my life has passed since the date of booking, now my brother is going to the UK next month and I want to take delivery of the car with him otherwise the joy of buying my first car has already died down with such pathetic service from Kia. Details of my booking are as below:
