Kia india - Kia CAR SERVICE NOT DONE AFTER 30 days due to parts unavailability

Dear KIA support,
SUB ( Kia SELTOS HTK +, service delayed DUE TO SPARE PARTS )
My vehicle met with Accident on ** NOV right-side doors was damaged & I have given to MG BROTHER KIA service station Anantapur on ** Nov. It's been more than ** days still they have not touched the vehicle & few days said insurance not claimed now saying parts are not delivered. It's been very bad from Kia after-sales service is very poor/unhappy.
No one is having responsible.
*. Why Kia is not responsible when the vehicle is in a service station for so many days?
*. Why spare parts are not available for more than ** days?
*. Why it takes time? Why no follow-up from Kia end
*. Why aftersales service is not monitoring from higher management.
*. if the service station is not capable of repair the vehicle. Then they have to inform me before.
VERY POOR AFTER SALAS SERVICE FROM KIA
I would appreciate it if you could organise to (say what you want the dealer to do, for example, When the spares & repairer will complete by date.
Reputation and marketing emphasize your cars’ durability, reliability, and safety. Before this service failure, I was very pleased with my car, and in a few years I will need to upgrade to a larger one as I grow, but now I hesitate to choose one. My brother and sister also plans to own Kia and they aren’t so sure that they will stick with the brand after watching my experiences with the service failure of my seltos.
Please restore my faith in your brand, stand behind your product.
If you fail to complete the the work within time, I will have no option but to consider taking the matter further.
