I purchased a Kia Seltos from Incheon Kia Desom showroom on November **th ****. Unfortunately, I faced numerous issues with the executive (Adithyan), including poor responsiveness, vehicle arrival not informed and lack of updates on the vehicle's delivery date. Finally after delivery, even after booking a fancy number plate on March **th and sharing the details with the executive, it was ignored and he hasn’t opened my messages yet and ready to help and also informed sales head.
Upon contacting an RTO agent and checking the application status online, I discovered that INR ** was pending on the RTO side. I informed the showroom about this on the *th, but the issue remains unresolved.
Despite escalating the issue to the sales head Rajesh, I've received no resolution and given a new contact number and I had contacted him daily contacting for updates and the same process went on. After resolving the number plate related issue and fine, I discovered that my FASTag got cancelled due to the Kia team's negligence in attaching the vehicle number. I didn't receive any guidance or instructions from the Kia team after purchasing my vehicle. Their response was executive left the job so no one is there to take care of my issue. Despite my complaint, I'm being asked to pay again (INR. ***) for the FASTag, which I have already paid initially. The sales team's service and after-sales support have left a lot to be desired, and I'm thoroughly disappointed. Please investigate this matter. I had reported back camera issue also after vehicle purchase but not responded for that. Camera is also not functional.
