Kaya Skin Clinic - Kaya skin facial gone wrong

I visited Kaya skin clinic at Ambience mall, delhi on ** Feb ** for a facial. I very specifically told many times to the therapist that i have sensitive skin and chemical products might affect my skin. The therapist suggested me a basic facial which is chemical free and includes a saline jet spray which will remove impurities from seep skin. Post facial my skin felt super dry. Next day i had lots of rashes, pimples, irritation and my skin felt like a sandpaper literally. On calling up customer care atleast *-* times i could finally connect to the clinic. They asked me to send pictures which i did. Then no reply for another day. I am told that the dermatologist will suggest some lotion. I am amazed at the kind of customer satisfaction service they have. They did not apologise for anything. I had taken a package which I regret now. I want a full refund of all the services and i dont want to put myself thru so much trauma again.
