Hi,
Very unprofessional internet service ,
I have made full payment of ****. Only * month i use internet. Now they dont have power supply point. And they ask their customer for providing power supply. Now i ask for what benefits i get they said you will get * month extra .. And i am staying on rent i can not stay more * months for internet. And now i even can not trust them blindly because they every day make this and that excuses For no internet connection.
This is how they work. Really they should not provide service in such area where they can not give proper connectivity ..
So i just want refund my money so that i can uses for my mobile internet charges .
