My Previous order all my grocery items were having oil on it. Delivery person told me there is leakage in oil pouch on cart delivery hence oil all over it.

I have raised ticket with JIO support team for the delivery issue. They closed ticket saying As confirm with store & grab team products delivered properly.
What is the use of ordering from jio then if i have to face so many issues
