Order not delivered because of Technical issue and they are asking me spend another time and another money to reorder it again. Due to their technical issue why Consumer should waste time again. Also If their system is Returning Order Automatically due to technical issue they should refund consumer money immiditiely.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
