I have added ** items to the cart worth of Rs.****.** and made payment through card on **th September ****. Amount also deducted from the account but after sometime, I am not able see my orders in the application. It's suddenly disappeared.
I called JioMart customer service helpline but it was IVRS. Do not connect to any executive to explain what happened. Then I wrote to cs@jiomart.com explaining everything. It has been ** days. I am getting standard replies everytime asking to check at My Order in the app for refund status, wait for * days to refund amount and all. I had attached snapshots of my bank statement, Amount deducted SMS and everything I have. Still I did not get any help from JioMart team nor My amount refunded.
Not sure what to do at this situation. I am at the deadend.
