Daily groceries booked on jiomart where the order placed on **th July, but still not received. But in jiomart portal it shows as order delivered. I raised complaint through customer care, However they just give a timeline of ** hrs and it's keep on repeating. Order should have been delivered on July **th as promised. And even heard a worst scenario where my relative ordered and delivery boy asked them to go to the nearby place with foodbag for getting delivered and when they refused, the delivery boy from grabon whom jiomart tied up with kept the items on the floor and left.
Never heard such a pathetic experience so far and I wave goodbye to jiomart... Just want to share my thoughts... I respect my time and emotion and never cheated like this on any online platform..im not sure if they deliver my product or do a refund.. But last order with jiomart.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
