I ordered on **th July ****, after reading their much publicized adv, but haven’t received the delivery yet. Initially they keep on changing the date of delivery and advance it by one day finally i saw that order was delivered note. Tried to reach the customer service initially they won't responded the calls but got their response when i tried from different numbers. Customer service is very pathatic they simply saying it's a technical issue happend for other customers too and they said we will escalate to higher managemnet and refund your amount but no response after still the amount didn't credited back it's more than * weeks from order date to date till date **-Aug-****. Raised many complaintes via phone call and also sent severl emails to cs@jiomart.com nothing worked seems they are folling us and funny thing here is all the time i received a message like below.
"Dear Customer,
Greetings from Jio Mart.
With reference to the below email regarding the product delivery, please accept our apologies for the delay.
We will share the details with our team and they will arrange to deliver your order within ** hours.
Appreciate your patience
Regards,
Team Jio Mart"
