Atulyanand Singh filed complaint against Jiomart on May 31, 2020
It's reference to my vegetables & fruits order I'd: *****************M.
I had ordered vegetables and fruits on **th of May It was supposed to get delivered on **th May **** per JioMart portal.
I tried calling to thier customer support number( *** ** *** ***) and I had emailed to JioMart support email addresses:
customerservice@ril.com
cs@jiomart.com
csmah@reliancesmart.in
But still did not get response till **st May ****.
I understand there is lockdown in city and slow down in transportation. But at the same time I had ordered some items from "other online groceries provider's" which I have already received.
I just wanted to know if your team was not ready with all types of permit and pass then why you enabled taking orders as per your trial plan?
I had emailed to cancel my order on **th of may since your website even doesn't display my order and it shows below static message:
"Order placed? It might take few minutes to reflect here."
In-spite of multiple followups email for my order cancellation (initiated on **th May **** from my end) and prepaid amount (of Rs. ****) refund, I did not hear from any of your executive via email or call.
This is the *th Email request from my end to cancel my request and refund of my amount. Please Confirm if you have already cancelled and processed the amount refund ? (In my login to JIOMart, I am unable to see my order)
Please cancel my order and refund my money back to my account.
Kindly provide the cancel order details and refund the amount as soon as possible.
