Jiomart - Jio mart doing fraud business no complain resolution not delivering prepaid order

Dear team,
For the first time I have placed an Order on **th Sugar jio mart through their app, as per app it was supposed to get delivered by **th Aug
But everyday it is showing delayed by a day.
The amount of Rs ****/- is already prepaid.already placed several complain on customer service ( complain # ********** dated ** Aug, ********** dated ** aug) getting only predefined verbiage from agent,few agents are disconnecting call.Send several mail @ cs@jiomart.com, but only getting system generated reply. Jio mart is doing a fraudulent business, blocking the prepaid amount neither we can use it to buy product from market.moreover they are saying that if I cancel the order and initiate refund it will take *-** days for refund and that too in their own jio mart wallet that cannot be used any where else other than purchase in jio mart ( to go through the pain again).It has been * days since order placed. I need an urgent resolution for the issue of this fraud business of Reliance jio mart
Need an urgent response.
