Jio Fiber - Jio is not locating my location

I shifted to a new location within my city and i had jio fiber * month connection on my old location and when i tryed to apply for relocation it never take my building name. I even used * schools and * parks and * gov office near me but it never showed up. All these place was eligible for new connection but not for relocating.
