Jay Lalakiya filed complaint against Jio Fiber on Mar 30, 2021
I booked Jio Fiber, paid Rs.**** and used it under ** day free trial, which finished on **th March ****. I contacted Jio Fiber customer care after one or two days to cancel my connection and refund my deposit of Rs.**** but they told Rs.**** is now used up as installation charge and Rs.*** is only refundable. So, I kept my connection and after ** days they messaged me to recharge or they will deactivate my services. WHAT! Do I need to recharge compulsorily under ** days? There is no information on their website or policy. No one informed me about this COMPULSORILY RECHARGE POLICY IN ** DAYS at the time of booking my connection and now they want to cut off the connection.
I am complaining this to make people and system aware about such ** day compulsory recharge policies. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED FROM JIO FIBER TEAM.
Now, I can't have Rs.**** and also I can't keep my connection without recharging for even a month. Is this the meaning of "PREPAID" that I need to compulsorily recharge under ** days?
