I got my new Jio fiber trial pack connection by paying **** and I cancelled it in ** days and I got a new postpaid Jio fiber connection but still my old device not got picked up and I raised many complaints to customer care but no response it's more than ** days now after I cancelled my service
also no one informed about Rs.**** deduction from that deposit amount.
Even I visited the Jio center with my box to submit it but they regret to get it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
