Jiomart - Ji oMART not accepting the return and providing the refund

seems this will be almost a month and jio team not updating me and closing the tickets as well calls get disconnected from their team and no call backs after waiting for half and hour so on calls ,multiple times images of brand box attached here are sent over email -cs@jiomart.com and jio chat ,still team asking the same ,after having multiple follow-up with their team updated needed invoice which took almost ** days to update and after i called ,team updated me .
furthur sharing the invoice ,now agian team asking the brand box images which team had confirmed me in the past that they were received and shared with the working team .
why jio mart fooling like this and if dont want to resolve ,approve the retuen why my time get wasted by your team ?
today i have again send the images with the image size less than * MB ,now lets see what other way you deviate the customers by asking repeatedly the same thing which were shared .
