Sir,
I the undersigned book the tickets in the month of January **** from Bangalore to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Portland (USA) and vice versa through your company. On April **th **** I came to know that the Jet airways canceled their flight operations. So the same tickets canceled as per the Jet airways notification on the same day from your Hyderabad office. They assured me the amount will be refunded within two months. Since I am pursuing the matter with your executive once in every fifteen days, answer is you will get money our team is working on it. But my all out effort is simply pouring of water in the sea. Almost more than seven months lapsed I couldn't get my money back. If one rupee is less can you book the tickets. So your one rupee is more valuable than our customer money about Rs.****** (One lakh fifty five thousand rupees). What the services are rendering for customer. Every time the answer from your executive is like a recorded song. Several mails also sent to your office. On **.**.**** I had a talk with Mr. Prashant Ref. No. ********** and the answer is same and he mentioned in the mail that the query is closed . So I will approach legal department and file a legal suit, if the money will not be refunded by end of December ****.
