I booked a JetAirways flight to Pairs via MakeMyTrip. After JetAirways shutdown, MMT promised to follow up for refund processing with JetAirways. After few months, MMT removed my booking from my account. Now there is no way to reach MakeMyTrip customer care, since whole of their customer support is fully automated. They do not respond to tweets properly. I can't find this booking under MMT booking listing page.
Today I read a news that JetAirways is being revived, and many customer's claim is being considered. I do not even see my claim in that list. News - https://livefromalounge.com/jet-airways-refunds-****/
