I purchased my Motorola smart phone along with insurancewhich order id is-OD******************
Few months back my phone is accidental damage. And i register a claim for this but no permanent solution provided by flipkart and it's mobile protection partner jeeves complete mobile Protection care. Truly a bad experience for me .
They don't provide my claim . They lied to me every time they told me every * days that sir please wait your amount has beend credited to you within next * days and after completing * days they again told same repeated lines.
Flipkart is running fraud service in the form of complete mobile protection plan. Jeeves is a complete fraud company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
