Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection - jeeves is not returning mobile sent for repairing

Sir,
I have purchased a mobile from Flipkart with screen protection plan of JEEVES mobile care for one year.
After an accident, the screen damaged and I requested for screen replacement of my mobile (MOTO G**) on Dt. **.**.**** and paid the processing fee of Rs.**** on **.**.**** but the person from JEEVES authorized service centre came on Dt. **.**.**** to pick the mobile (after * days).
and after this I received a SMS of part payment link of Rs.**** but there is no information about what parts they want to make me payment.
I asked to customer care for Mobile service centre address so that I can physically verify my mobile, but JEEVES denies giving any such of information.
He also denied sharing any details about JEEVES office. its very strange and pathetic process they are following at this time of good technology.

As I had no option, I had to make a payment of Rs.**** on **.**.****. And after this, I asked them for any update of repairing but its almost ** days have gone but there is no satisfactory response I received from JEEVES.

I raised complaint to Flipkart but it waste. Flipkart replied that JEEVES is not responding to us, and you have to contact JEEVES only.
I have contacted JEEVESH customer care more than ** times and every time I have to explain the matter from beginning because they have no record. Only one reply I received from JEEVES is " Your part payment is not verified, our team is working on it. if there any update received, you will be informed.
Totally waste of time and money.
I am very disappointed from JEEVES.
Please suggest me for what to do in this situation.
