I bought a iffalcon **inch TV from flikart , and extended warranty from Jeeves. Extended warranty is valid till May ****.. my tv stopped working on * Jan ****.. technician inspected and told display and motherboard issue.. after so many follow ups Jeeves replied to mail saying they can't repair the tv and will provide me a refund and asked me to send bank details. On *nd of Feb TV was picked up and I have been told that refund will be credited within * business days from the date of pick up.. after * business days I have been following up with the team for a refund and still I have not received the refund..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
