I purchased an iPhone on ** May **** with Jeeves
Complete Mobile Protection * Year. My Policy Number: JPPOFFK*******. This march my phone slipped by my hand and back screen got damaged. I asked the Jeeves customer care for a claim. He said you have to pay *** processing fees and we will repair the phone. I paid the amount. Next month I got a call from Jeeves that I have to turn off my Find My iPhone device. For that, I removed my iPhone from my google cloud and acknowledge them by calling. After * days they just return my phone without repair. I asked the question and also show them the screenshot of my iCloud. I also asked them to give me the claim I will do repair my phone from the local market. But they are not giving any claim. They asked for the processing fee again for the same claim. I want my all money.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
