Hi purchase jawa ** bs* Aug **** model from the day i purchased the bike it caused me lot of problems for the first service it self i have to tow my bike to the service center even after the first service the same problem accord again forcing me go to the service center get battery and sensor replaced under warranty after * months of purchase or ****km the engine in my bike started causing trouble due its poor quality which forced me again to tow my bike by paying Rs.**** just go to the nearest service center at my own risk after * months the bike again started giving battery,sensor,rusting issue so on i have send multiple email complaints to jawa customer care but response is poor the service center it self admitted that jawa bikes are failure model it all depends on your luck * in * are defective bikes we as a dealer can only support you until the warranty period after that you have to pay for any repairs even though it is manufacturer fault the service center didn't provide me with any bill or bike's service history saying any repairs under warranty we shouldn't provide any doc details knowing very well it may harm them me as a customer can't trust this brand again
