I booked a tour with Thomas Cook called Italian delights with a specific itienary. After booking they now have changed the flight plan. Instead of landing to Rome they will land to Milan and thus our whole itienary has reversed. But they are not sharing the new updated itienary.
They have booked domestic transfer within India and are not uploading our luggage weight allowance to make it at per with international. They are saying we will come to know about the itinerary on tour. Even local travel agents share all the details about itienary and if any changes due to some reason they share the new plan. Atleast this much transparency is expected. After paying a hefty amount of ****** I don't get any facilities and very rude behaviour from the people from Thomas Cook. After escalation also no response from the senior.
