Swiggy instamart - Items not received

I ordered ** items from swiggy instamart location is ghaziabad which was a prepaid order of around **,*** on **th December **** and received only * of them. the delivery was done in * parts. one part had ** items and only *(christmas tree) in the other part. christmas tree was delivered but from ** items only * were delivered. rest ** items, * item they dint have so they refunded me the money which was (Awestuffs magnetic whiteboard with two marker) for *** rupees, rest ** items were missing. i called them but no body picked, then I have had a chat with one of their employees in their swiggy app. The ticket number is: ***************. the guy there checked everything and said that i will get my refund but had to contact them via email. i emailed them several times listing all that happened and the items which were missing. but they had been very lazy in replying and after number of emails they just said they cant refund my money without giving any reason. which is very disappointing. i have been a loyal customer to them for a long time now who have given them a great business ofcourse but that is how they treat their customers. there is no helpline number and i cant chat with them now as its over ** hours obviously and nobody is replying on emails. I was very excited as i have a newborn and i ordered mostly for him. I am not currently working so I'm spending mostly my saved income. Its been * days now today as i write on ** december **** and i have been mentally traumatised as i have to answer my husband. I am listing the items which were missing:
