The Case Factory - Items not delivered and not update about the same

It has been a week since I placed my order, yet I have not received any update regarding it. I have also been sending multiple emails, but there has been no response. This lack of communication is very disappointing and not the level of service one expects. If emails are not being acknowledged, how is a customer supposed to reach out to you?
