Zomato - Items are missing in the order

I order food in zomato for order price of Rs.*** but i received the half of the food items that too not the with all package. It was shocking that restaurant bill has given for only Rs.***. There is big scam is going on.
Mainly the restaurant not giving the complete food items and even the given items are not with the complete pack.
I reached out your support team to raise this and to escalate but they keep supporting to the restaurant and showed rude behavior to me and They disconnect the communication without providing resolution . I paid Rs.*** and Rs.** for idily and aloo paratta with **% of tax. above items are missing and I need complete refund for the above missing order. mainly the executive "Namira" should be strictly punished for her rude behavior which made my to upset .
So totally Rs,*** need to refunded and i demand explanations for the irresponsible response from the "Namira" who not agree to arrange call / to connect with her higher authority to discuss and to escalate.
She should be punished and I need to know what action taken against her
