Jaxakart.com - Item not yet delivered

I ordered a Nokia BL *CT battery for my Nokia C*-**,i searched about this battery in Mobile shops,but it is not available also I searched in Google then it shows available in Jaxakart and some other websites also in amazon,but instead of amazon jaxakart offers this battery price is cheap,so I ordered through this website I used my debit for this order payment,but I realized it's fraud after the payment, because it shows your order confirmed but item not yet shipped so please wait and be patience..Also I searched in Google about this website reliability many of people commonly commented about this is company it's a number * fraud company in India,nobody gets their order item yet.anyway i lost money so dear brothers and sisters be careful about this company don't order any item through this company your money will go,if possible I need money back from this company I don't know how it be, kindly help me
