I am complaing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from FlipCart regarding one of my Orders .
I placed an order on ** DECEMBER **** for a Wardrobe, expecting a timely delivery as per the estimated delivery date provided during the checkout process.After breaching the expected timeframe, I have contaced their customer service team on *st January ****. But they told me some excuses.
On *th January I got a call from another customer service professional from Flipcart and he told me that one of the parts of that
wardrobe is damaged and therefore they will sent a mail to cancel the order and I need to confirm that.I had paid the amount at the time of ordering the product.But, as of today's date, **/**/****, I have neither received the ordered item nor received any email regarding the canceled order and the status of my shipment.They are also not talking about refund process now.
I have contacted their customer service through phone calls multiple times, but regrettably, my concerns have not considered properly.
The lack of responsiveness from their end has only added to my frustration and has left me with no choice but to escalate this matter.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
