Cakesportal - Item not delivered and refund not done

I have ordereda cake and cadbury celebration on */*/** and asked to deliver on */*/** before *pm. But they have not delivered and when i asked for refund they said they will not refund.. firstly its their fault that they didnot rch location ontime and after that when i asked for refund they just apologise and said cannot be refunded..if they have problem than they should not hav taken the responsibilty of delivering the item.
