Swiggy - Item missing

Today I had ordered *** each or when the jab order came, it was in such bad packing that even animals could not eat it.
Or on top of that I had tandoori chicken as well, I didn't get it in my order, when I saw the food, the taste was so bad that I swear to God, I lost my trust in online food
If I have paid ***, then give me the mention you have made.
why are you doing this cheat

Swiggy – Refund not initiating for wrong order delivered Closed
I ordered butter chicken but instead was provided with laal maas , i requested for refund , but was rejected, and without giving me an explanation they closed by query ,. That was really rude.
