Swiggy instamart - Item missing in my Swiggy Instamart package but customer support is refused to replacement or refund

Hi,

I have ordered * items in Swiggy Instamart on *th August **** and received * items only. **Amurtanjan was missing in my package.

I have informed this to delivery partner immediately but he simple told to check with customer care and get the refund. I raised a complaint in Swiggy app but it asked me to send a mail. I sent a mail also but the response I got was not satisfied. They are not even investigation the issue and simple saying they will not proceed with replacement or refund.

This was totally unacceptable. I am using Swiggy for the past * to * years and also they are not even considering my concern.

Totally *** is loss for me and they are not even considering about my loss and mental health.
