Amazon - Item missing in delivered package

I have ordered Gopro from Amazon and the package was delivered to me timely, when I opened the package I did't find the main component which is GoPro Camera.
Then I call on customer care of Amazon after Hearing my problem they simply said we have investigated CCTV footage when your order is been packed the GoPro was there so they can't help from our side.
Now my question is what should I do , I didn't Received the product and I have to bear Loss of Rs ***** without getting my Product
