Today my order# ********** was delayed by more than **-** minutes due to restaurant delay or whatever but I received the order late. By the time, I received the order my kid slept even being a GOLD member which I have from *st November. When I contacted customer support Samira accepted that there is delay and I am a member from before ** nov but she was unable to mathematically understand that *st November comes before ** nov. So she didn't provided the coupon, Hence, I wrote to get the coupon for delay in order delivery but no one is ready to provide the refund with careless attitude. Secondly, I order * jamun but I received only one, when i requested to refund proportional amount, again they didn't agreed. They are fooling by giving no attention to complain at all. Please help
