I ordered * quantities of Saregama Caravan from Amazon under the prime sale on July **th. The order was delivered on July **th but I found only * quantity in the box. I immediately lodged the complaint with Amazon but they closed the issue after * days by putting the blame on me that I was not available to take their call. Now they are not helping me at all and simply changing the date of resolution. If you think you can help me to escalate this issue, please do.
