Amazon.in - item colour received does not match the product colour displayed at the time of sale

Ordered on ** February **** craft static grass, mixed green with dark green and yellow. after many constant reminders received it on **th June and now the item sent is just full yellow. after reminding the same to amazon they are informing to send back in my individual capacity to an address specified by seller where i have to bear the courier charges and only then will i receive the refund. Neither amazon is willing to activate the refund button on its site for return nor willing to send its personnel to collect the wrong item as its normally done. If a wrong color item has been there are even chances that the seller might deny receiving the product i sent.
