Vigneshwaran Rajan filed complaint against Apple on May 7, 2019
My MacBook Pro is out of warranty and display is not working due to flex cable (#flexgate) issue. Display works only below **-degree angle due to Apple pathetic low-quality flex cable selection choice which Apple calls a flawless design. Is MacBook Pro (**-inch, ****) such a premium product bought for Rs ****** meant to be used only for * year ** months.
Just for info, my Mac is out of warranty and I replaced display within * months. And replace lower case due to keyboard issue for which I visited Apple service centre three time in the first *-** month and only after Apple acknowledged keyboard issue after Class act law it got replaced. What I mean is I replaced both parts at least once in first *-** months since I purchased this crap MacBook Pro (**-inch, ****) on **th March **** one of the worst buying choices I have ever made in my entire life.
When I visited iCare-Adyar they were about to charge me Rs **** to test my Mac and Rs. ***** to replace the display. Why should I pay for Apple design flaw? They call Apple premium product with flawless design.
I owned a Dell XPS **-inch L**X *D for Rs. ****** one of the best customer support and that is what I call a premium product with flawless design, not this crap MacBook Pro (**-inch, ****).
Finally, I would like to say Apple has lost both product quality, customer satisfaction and reputation which Steve Jobs worked hard to build what remain is just a brand name Apple.
