I have purchased(pre-ordered) RealMe Robot Vacuum cleaner (RMH****) on **th October ****. After a few months of usage, On March **, it had a battery issue as the device used to get shutdown immediately after starting the cleaning. After raising multiple service requests, the item got picked up for the service center. Battery was replaced.
Now, the same issue started again, I have raised a request again but no response from realme customer service.
I believe I have a defective device, as it has the same issues multiple times within a few months usage. Either replace the product or refund the money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
