PayTM - Issue with voucher cashback deals

I have purchased * orders on *th April and as a result, I received a total of * vouchers as follows:
Order ID: **********
Paytm mall voucher: Rs.****/-
Paytm food: Rs.***/- (* nos)
Paytm Electricity: Rs.***/- (* nos)
Order ID: **********
Paytm mall voucher: Rs.***/-
Paytm food: Rs.***/-
Paytm Electricity: Rs.***/-
Total voucher worth: Rs.*,***/-
When I tried to use Paytm mall voucher of Rs.****/-. I’m able to receive only ***/- as loyalty cashback but not complete ****/-. Please note that I have read t&c very clearly and followed the same while selecting the order.

It's very sad to say that the team is really frustrating me than anyone on this earth. I have attached the following screenshots for your reference and necessary action.

I hope it will clear all your queries and I urge you to help in return all vouchers worth Rs. ****/- to my Paytm wallet for not fulfilling my coupon vouchers price. If you try to prolong the issue even by * more day then I will be filing a complaint in consumer forum. Believe me, I am going to sue you to the core.
