I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the ongoing issue with my broadband connection (Broadband Number: ************_dsl) associated with my contact number **********.
Since the evening of August *st, ****, I have been experiencing a complete broadband outage at my premises due to a broken wire. I promptly raised a complaint for this issue on the same day, and the ticket number assigned to my complaint is ***********.
However, despite my numerous attempts to seek assistance, I regret to inform you that I have yet to see any progress in resolving this matter. I have reached out to your team through various channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, calls to ***, and even the Airtel app. Unfortunately, no one has taken any meaningful action to address my concern.
I implore you to take this matter seriously and provide an immediate resolution. If, for any reason, Airtel does not have the necessary resources or a dedicated team to address the issue in my city, I would appreciate honesty in this regard. I am left with no choice but to consider switching to another network that can provide reliable services.
Additionally, I have been attempting to port my connections away from Airtel due to the ongoing problems, but I have faced difficulties in doing so. If Airtel cannot provide the services I am paying for, I kindly request that you expedite the process of allowing me to port my connections to an alternative provider.
Please treat this as an urgent request and respond to me as soon as possible with a clear plan of action to address the broken wire issue and facilitate the porting process if necessary. I look forward to your prompt response and hope to see this issue resolved to my satisfaction.
