Mi Redmi - Issue with cancelation of prepaid order for mi phones

I purchased a mi * Pro phone on **th September **.** Pm from MI official sits. For some reason i wanted to cancel that order but site asked me to contact customer service. So i dropped an email to customer service at Sep **, **** at **:** AM. By the time customer service responded to my issue the product was shipped and operator replied saying please don’t accept the product. So when courier guy came for delivery, i told him that I don’t need one phone so please take it back but he refused to take back the phone.
Now, Phone is delivered and i am following up and raising complaint with mi customer care service on call but mi team is not able to resolve problem and in fact they have closed my complaint without providing resolution for ticket - woin*************. Again I called back and the team has raised new complaint woin************* but mi team is still not resolving issue.

As a solution i want to return the product and need refund.
