I was booking a bus from Mumbai to Udaipur on the date **-jan-**** at **:**:** but the app didn't asked for the departure location/time and it directly deduct my payment and comfirmed the booking. The time was automatically selected after * hour which was so far from my booking location and requires atleast * hours from there to departure location. I raise issue to the company and sent me the logs which was clearly shows that there was a bug (attached log) but the company guys are not confesing it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
