I have ordered on swiggy with Chai point a resturant with *.* rating.
Unfortunately or fortunately, the tea was served cold and taste was not good.i tried to contact swigyy to replace the order which can be easy as i m not asking for refund but they didn't do.
They were arguments with me as i have words with three people
*. Sapna...ready to take feedback
*. Syed ...ready to take feedback
*. Jaspreet from escalation ...ready to take feedback.
There is nothing done for customer satisfaction neither they initiated my refund as i have to reorder tea from other swiggy associated restaurant.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
