I purchased the ASUS ROG Strix G** (G***PR-RV***WS) laptop worth ₹*.* lakh specifically for my academic use, including my pre-final year project which involves development tools like Unity and Unreal Engine. From the beginning, the laptop has been plagued with frequent BSOD crashes and severe stability issues. I visited the authorized ASUS service center twice, but the issue was never resolved. Instead of accepting responsibility, the company blamed commonly used applications. I was even assured that an onsite repair would be arranged on Saturday and someone would contact me — but no one ever did. As a student, this has had devastating consequences: I am now unable to complete my academic project, and my degree certification is at risk. This failure from ASUS has caused immense academic, mental, and financial stress. I demand an immediate resolution through refund, replacement
