I agree that Air India card charge is ****/-. But my concern is why your executive did not tell me this information. If I was aware of that then I did not want to update my card. Because it is very highly charged for me. I was happy with simply save and charge was only ***/-. There is one thing I am not happy with this kind of service who deducting money without any concern. So please I request to you convert my card to simply save. I happy with simply save and refund my extra charges due to not awareness about the charges because the executive did not tell me about the charges. I convert some transaction into flexipay and there were all charges included but I am seeing in statement and EMI charges deducting so many time. If you cannot solve the query, I will raise my query to consumer court and I believe that consumer will see my query. I am sharing with all proof of charges on my card, Please check. Loss due to these charges:-
