IRCTC - irctc refund

I had booked two tickets having PNR ********** dated **th April **, for my in laws but due to some reason we did cancelled the ticket on **th April **. Inspite if several complaint made via irctc customer care still my cancelled amount is non refunded in my savings account

In my irctc Id under cancelled section it shows that amount is credited to bank via reference no (**** ************) but still it is not credited my SBI savings account.

I humble request to irctc to refund my amount as early as possible as per irctc refund policy or else I have to escalate this matter to the senior authorities. For further reference I had attached the screenshot copy of my cancelled details copy
