I booked ticket on **th Jan from IRCTC portal from Hoshangabad to Bangalore on train number *****. I cancelled the ticket on **th Feb for the same journey.
Then IRTC show refund of amount **** has been. sent to the bank. Then after * working days my refund is not received. I have sent mail to Care@irctc.com and raise concerns to IRCTC customer care but no respond received apart from asking to wait. First they says we have already initiated the refund then they says okay we will forward the mail. Then nothing happens in another * * working days. I have got into the loop of this , my weeks are spent chasing these bunglers but not help is provided and no refund is credited.
I am looking for the legal help on this matter and wants to teach them lesson what it feel eating customer money and being ignored so much.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
